This pulling attention off Boris doesn't mean the situation isn't serious. Pretty much every first world country in the world has condemned this, many of whom couldn't care less about Boris.

Diplomacy has failed and the sanctions are naff. So a couple of russians can't come over to the UK and do a bit of shopping. Hardly going to stop Putin invading Ukraine. He is either going to take a massive chunk of out of Eastern Ukranie or the whole country.

I know Politics is banned on this forum, but I do think that one thread where this can be discussed would be good. Its the biggest threat since WW2, possibly even more so after Putin stated the below

Parents that bring toddlers to a football match, but not to the Family Stand. The guy behind had one of the two toddlers on his lap all game. Obviously I got kicked to bits the whole game, as there's not much room in the East Stand. Also, they are the old wooden seats with the back bare. The toddlers got restless about the 20 minutes in. I was kicked in the middle of my back probably 80 times during the game. It was so hard to watch the game, and certainly not enjoyable. I made the decision to suffer it for one game as they may only be there for one game. There's usually other people sitting there. But yes, I will be politely saying something if they turn up again. All they had to do was buy tickets for the family stand, they have empty seats there, so they can move where they want. And the kids have more freedom in there. There was no consideration.

I saw the fight and seen the reaction from the boxing experts and those involved. This looks really bad for the sport and the trust involved in the judges. For example, Catterall out landed Taylor, 17-6 in rounds 11 and 12, yet Taylor was given the rounds. But anyway, it wasn't even close. It was a clear victory for Catterall, and every person not in the Taylor camp they asked, said so.
This was clearly a fixed judges decision, in my opinion, allegedly. Betting on the fight was likely involved. In this country it's hard to get big money on, as bookies prefer a million punters betting a tenner, rather than one betting 10 million pounds, and there's strict money laundering checks. Millions are bet though in Asia. They tend to take the biggest bets in the world. Their punters bet on anything. If a bookmaker or punter can fix a fight and make millions, then he can certainly make it worth the judges while, setting them up for life, for helping fix the result, in my opinion, allegedly.

I see Paddy Power are refunding bets for anyone who bet on Catterall to win.

It’s the same faces every single time! The two shocking cards Ian John-Lewis and Victor Loughlin have over the past years along with Howard Foster, Steve Gray, Terry O’Connor and Marcus McDonnell.

Steve Gray recently threw a towel back out of a ring after it was thrown in by Lewis Ritson’s team. Ritson was getting a battering and his team wanted to save his health. Steve Gray didn’t agree threw it back out and let him continue getting a beating. He still continues to referee and judge fights!

Terry O’Connor was seen during another Lewis Ritson fight to be on his phone during rounds. And Ritson should’ve lost the fight but yet another shocking decision with cards heavily in his favour when he didn’t win the fight.

Both these incidents the BBBoC investigate and find no wrong doing with no sanctions. They look after their own crusty old ****s! The way their teach up and coming refs is wrong too. They make them score a fight and they expect them to have the same scorecard as an existing judge. Well that’s no good if it’s a useless judge who is scoring so badly.

I understand there is 3 different perspectives from the different positions. I know people can be lead by the commentary team. However I never listen to a word Adam Smith and Matt Macklin say as their the worst! But when so many are saying it’s a robbery. Ben Davison said to Taylor in the last round “you need to knock him out to win”. Even his own corner thought he’d lost it!
