Bloomin' head cold and cough - never get ill normally but this is the 3rd one this year! Coughed so much yesterday at work that it made my nose bleed, and have managed just a couple of hours sleep. Could have done with doing absolutely nothing this weekend, typical that it's a busy one!

Too late for this winter, but come next November but 4 months supply of Vitamin D extra strength pills.
A retired GP told me last Sept that him & his wife swear by these, for keeping colds, virus's at bay during the Winter months.
I've been taking them since Nov & whilst all around me at times, have been coughing, sneezing etc, I've got through winter without a thing.
Coincidence, who knows?. But will take them again next winter.

I do. It is.

Ggrrr. 2 out of the last 3 birthday presents I have ordered online have been plonked on the front doorstep with the parcel in plain sight for anyone to pinch. Usually I get the little card that says I wasn't in, and can pick it up at Short Street, which is fair enough. Loads of druggies and dodgy people walk down my road as it's a cut through to Cluny Square. I'm not the type to stitch anyone up, so luckily for the sender's, I'm not going to say they didn't arrive, and can I have my money back. But so easy to do.

They’re lazy ****s now, they hide mine underneath my front door mat. My front door isn’t hidden or round a corner loads of people walk past it all the time.

Yes, it's disgraceful really. It's bad for senders and buyers. I would say it's 4 out of my last 10 parcels have just been abandoned on my front door step.

I'm one of those people who dies every two years. This year, nothing other than a bit of a runny nose and a bit of a cough. Last year I really thought the end was coming. I have never felt so ill. With that in mind, my next near death experience is due around December/January time.

Flu jab?

Punters queueing outside Paddy Power waiting for it to open.

Why are these places even allowed to open at 7:30am?

They all want to put a bet on "Southend United to be relegated" and "Steve Evans is a horrible odious man and is hated by most football fans".

In the case of the last one, you pick up your winnings straight away.

The Cliffs Pavilion. Will Young is in concert there in October and Mrs RHB still loves the bloke so I was directed very firmly to get tickets. They went on sale at 09:30am on Friday and by approximately 09:50am any decent seats had been sold. Yeah, we did get two and I'm now over 100 quid light on the deal. If I'm printing the tickets at home how come there's a £3.50 x 2 booking fee on the deal as well? Wicked, avaricious gits.

It's totally wrong, and someone ought to look into this over charging, because that's what it is. Why should you have to pay a booking fee of £7 to print your own two tickets?!

He's great in concert, by the way, seen him many times, and will be seeing him at Pub in the Park at St Albans in September.

Daytime fighting outside The Guildford.

What is wrong with people?

Guildford pub fight.

I went past just after. The police cordoned the pub off and it had to shut. I spoke to a young lady that was over the road. She said there was blokes mouthing off after the late winner by Liverpool against Spurs. Then 2 different blokes and 2 women were ejected, and one woman viciously assaulted the other and it all kicked off.

Just like the bloke who tells the Dr "my mate has this rash" story it does not :Smile2:need to be said that way.

Extremely grateful for the counsellling Massimo. All my mates are too mature to have rashes these days, and you're telling me that you haven't been on the receiving end of some very firm direction from your missus recently? come on it's 2019, you can tell me.:Smile2:
