A number of the players today were in the team that tonked Barnet 3-0 away a couple of seasons ago. I'm just in the give KM more time camp but its getting difficult to argue we're getting the best out of what we have. Albeit losing Cards, Kensdale and now Pepple is a grim handicap to deal with.

Not sure it was about wages with Pedder. Seemed like he put a lot of noses out of joint and burnt his bridges. Still without a club as you said, so seems like he shot himself in the foot.
They're trying to re-invent the wheel when they don't need to. It's clearly not working, scrap it now before we waste too much time and money on it and go back to a "proper" scouting setup
Using the new approach of what we have been doing plus using data is just beginning. It’s ridiculous to judge it. Our ‘proper scouting’ under John Still has been awful on the whole. It isn’t like we are changing away from an approach that has yielded loads of success stories.

I wouldn’t say that. GSM, Kensdale, Morton, Miley, Taylor, Cardwell, Wind and Pepple have all been really good signings. There’s been some duds, but it’s unrealistic to expect a 100% strike rate.
There is no denying that we would be in a different position if we could have recruited freely in the summer but the matter of fact that Maher just isn’t able to change the way we play when you can clearly see it is not working, his obsession with 3 centre halves is causing issues today we were crying out for attacking width but as usual he doesn’t change it.
