Justham rumour confirmed by a Daggers itk I have contact with, including the 5 game scenario etc.
Worth bearing in mind it’s league games only the clause, not league and cup.

Weren’t two of the goals penalties? Not sure he can be blamed for thoseWatched him recently against Barnet and he was awful. Cost his team at least two goals when 3-1 up and lost the game 4-3. Not the keeper he was when we were first interested.
Not those goals. Highlights don't show decisions, movement, calls, etc. I was right behind the goal.Weren’t two of the goals penalties? Not sure he can be blamed for those

Sounds like Collin at BrentwoodNot those goals. Highlights don't show decisions, movement, calls, etc. I was right behind the goal.
He has some form of contract that triggers a further deal and pay rise etc.spoke to a daggers fan and rumours their end are justham joining us as he has fallen out with their sporting director
According to Transfermarkt he’s played in all 21 league games for Daggers this season - 3 more takes him to 24 which would seem to be as far as he/they can push it. Assuming no postponements, the 24th game would be at Ebbsfleet on New Year’s Day.Worth bearing in mind it’s league games only the clause, not league and cup.
My understanding is the new director of football has said he doesn’t want the trigger of contract extension to happen as they are trying to cut back on wages. If EJ plays 5 more games the trigger happens. EJ naturally not happyHe has some form of contract that triggers a further deal and pay rise etc.
Something I'm not sure he wants
Maybe Jeacock is coming back and Collin going to Daggers in exchange for Eastham and 25k.
was said as a joke, perhaps i should have put hahahaha after itIncorrect (again)
Surely, if the DoF and player DONT want the extension, then they can remove that? Unless someone else involved in the club wants it to happen, can't see why they couldnt mutually agree to remove it. Unless a new contract would need to be signed and for whatever reason cant?My understanding is the new director of football has said he doesn’t want the trigger of contract extension to happen as they are trying to cut back on wages. Maybe he doesn’t want the extension without the payrise - particularly if they’ve messed him around. I’d be pretty peeved with my employer if I’d honoured my contract, performed well and they didn’t want to give me what they had agreed to only a few months before.Surely, if the DoF and player DONT want the extension, then they can remove that? EDIT: Think ive misunderstood, does Justham want the extension/payrise?
Yeah that makes complete sense, I understood it as EJ and DoF were both in agreement that they didn't want the extension.Maybe he doesn’t want the extension without the payrise - particularly if they’ve messed him around. So you'd sign player types in a particular order of priority and risk missing out on long term targets because, once you get to their position / profile, they've gone elsewhere?Doesnt matter signing all of those unless you start to rebuild the midfield. Buying a striker but have no creativity is just madness. A creative centre mid and at least one winger with pace are desperately needed and have been all season.
Or made it funny.was said as a joke, perhaps i should have put hahahaha after it
