Need someone prepared to bully the opposition CF. Crowther (at the moment) for me can play as a right or left sided centre back but we need a new central one.

And not a project player - someone who can go straight into the side and organise the backline.

This. Crowther I think can grow into a very decent CB alongside a real leader/organiser. Pretty sure Kev has had a CB high on his shopping list since Kensdale departed. The fact we've had a few loan players in makes you wonder if he's identified a name or two that might be available soon. As you say no point in a permanent signing unless they can come straight in and make a difference.

The only way Collin gets better is by playing. We have a goal keeper coach. Justham won't be cheap wages wise, don't see the point in signing him unless Collin is off?

Collin has gone backwards since the new goal keeper coach arrived.

Need another striker - Kendall signed, a long term target, 23 years old, played at this level, every chance he will come good
Need an experienced keeper to work alongside and compete with Collin - looks like Justham is the chosen one

not a fan of Justham after the way he celebrated D&Rs goals against us earlier this season.

He thought he’d saved a last minute penalty in the WC final the way he was giving it

Slightly harsh, player was given pelters for the entire second half… I think it’s good when a player shows passion for his team. Hopefully if we signs he brings that attitude with him!

They may well be incoming in January. We are potentially looking at targets all the time but if with an EFL side we cant touch them til January anyway. Im guessing when the likes of Kendall and Justham (if this happens) become available and they are long term targets then why wouldn't they sign. Maybe the types of players you are talking about have been lined up already we are just waiting until we can complete them. Time will tell
