Spurs just released some from their u23s ,wonder if we have shown any interest in them .
Half of them are goalies!

Pierluigi Gollini, J'Neil Bennett, Kacper Kurylowicz, Dermi Lusala, Thimothee Lo-Tutala, Josh Oluwayemi, Tobi Omole and Isak Solberg

The rest are a bit meh.

Do we think we may look at any academy players being released by the top academy sides? I see Liverpool have released 3, one of whom is from Harlow so may fancy a move down south.

I am not saying this should be our model but wondering if we are also looking at these options?
Very much agree I would like to think it is another part of out recruitment new armoury and its what Brentford do to help them towards their recent achievement of a £100m gain in 10 years through sales

It'll be like waiting for buses 2or 3 players will all come at once , just a little annoying that other clubs are making signings L R & C still though better than previous years 😉 utb

As far as I’m aware, none of our top targets in the positions we are looking to strengthen have signed for any other Clubs.
Good to know, I'm so looking forward to a squad that has some real strength in depth and good competition for places plus hopefully scores more than last season, and is really tight in front of Arnold..

Bennett and Lusala were good on FM a few years ago. About as much knowledge I have on those! 😂

A little more seriously, these are the types we should be looking at as well as those below us. I know people will say they would rather look at those "on the way up" than those "on the way down", but the reality is that the majority of the former were actually the latter a year or two ago. I'd rather pick up a player while his stock is low than fight off league clubs for someone on their way up.

courtesy of Barnet.........

"Taylor can play both in defence and midfield in both wide and central positions. He commands the midfield when in the centre of the pitch and has an eye for a pass and breaks up play well. He also is superb positionally in the defensive unit and puts his body on the line to stop shots.

Harry is an extremely versatile player who can play centre-midfield one week and right-back the next, putting in a great shift regardless. Taylor had a very impressive 2019/20 campaign, which culminated in a man of the match performance in the Bees playoff eliminator victory over Yeovil Town. "

Seems like he'd be a decent signing, and he follows Stan on twitter so all the omens are there
Sounds promising be very interesting to see where Kev wants him to play due to he’s wide range of versatility maybe as Cb is best option ?. Let’s hope he signs on the dotted line very soon 🤞

rumour is, us, Walsall and a scottish prem side are all after him

Certainly 3 very different offers (I believe the Scottish Premiership side is St Mirren).
Hopefully the pull of working with Currie again will stand us in good stead.
His versatility would be invaluable when resources are stretched. Many Barnet fans actually believe his best position is as a tough tackling, holding midfielder.
