I know the account has been castigated on here and rightly so, but I guess if you throw enough **** at the wall then some of it will stick. Let's hope this is one of the many bull**** claims, as missing out on Wynter would be gutting enough....even worse if he joins those tinpot ****s.View attachment 20700
Acording to that twitter feed Kenny Clark joining us on permanent deal..... Every southend fan better hope we don't miss out on wynter and not resign Kenny Clark. Dagenham fans will have field day if that happens.

Don Cowan actually played 1 game. I was there, it was a Tuesday night cup game against Yeovil (same game Julian Bennett got injured and never played for us again, retired in fact)

I remember Cowan having one of the worst first touches I have ever seen. Lost the ball consistently.

Not sure what PB saw in him, considering he only gave him a one month contract and his CV prior to signing was far from inspiring. We never saw him again, last seen playing for Longford Town in 2017.

I would love to learn that we have a capability to add scouting players in the European lower leagues to our reach, That would be following another aspect of the Brentford model that Stan is rightly impressed by
Its been a while since we brought in someone from Europe, Who was the last one?
However its unlikely at the moment , although not impossible, depending on contacts, and some clubs train up their International supporters, via on line scouting programmes, to also help them on this front

To be fair, most clubs use packages such as Wyscout nowadays which give you the ability to scout someone via video. Not perfect but still a very useful tool since you can watch full matches of them without having to leave the country.

I just hope we’ve paid our subscription.

With regard to Nathan Ralph - it's probably worth giving this thread a read.

Nothing is certain in life or football, but he really doesn't project an image of one that wants away, or that anything is in the offing.

Ryan Seager to Dorking after bagging 25 goals in NLS for Hungerford last season. Good sogning for them. He was one I was hoping we'd be looking at ad an alternative if the Rutherford deal didn't come off.
