Question Season Ticket Cards

I know you are right, its just annoying that I now have to trapse down to the ticket office to sort out their blunder whilst still being £75 lighter they are p*** taking ****'s. Its things like this that contributed to me not getting a ST this time around. I am fed up with the stupid marketing calls, the constant mix ups and last minute tickets being sent out etc its just ridiculous. I am going to try and call them today (tried half hour ago and was number 10 in the queue) so that they can tell me what they aer going to do! I

Just phoned the ticket office as have not received any tickets for tomorrow's game and been told that they have all been posted. Will reprint for collection tomorrow.

Asked about refunds as the great Ronald McDonald stated they would all be refunded pre season and the web site states that they were being processed from 4th August. Now told they will start next week. More rubbish being spouted by our Chairman.

Note for the Court that RM stated all debts have been paid. Un True. Season ticket refunds will be made pre season. UN True.

Fans can now relax. Un True.

Did you not think that, what with the West Ham ticketting fracas and getting the Stockport tickets out on time, The ticket office might just be a little busy at the moment and it might get delayed a few days?

I've received my ticket with a letter saying apologies blah, blah blah. To be honest if you haven't received your paper ticket, i would take the receipt for the season ticket to the game as proof that you have paid and you are due a ticket as it didn't turn up. That is what i would have done.

As for the £80, lets not forget, in the terms it says that relegation will mean a drop of 10% on a season ticket. £380 season ticket reuslts in a a refund of £38, so the other £42 you can't really be getting angry about you haven't received it becuase it you was never expecting it.

I honestly don't care when i get it as long as i get it. The season ticket has been paid in full, and since i paid way back in April i have been paid 3 times so i'm hardly desperate for that money to live on. It'd only go on my half time subway anyway (would be a burger but i miss the onions :()

Im relaxed, the club isnt going out of business.

A few ticket issues for the first game of the season is hardly new, used to happen every year and I always make sure on the first game of the season Im there a bit earlier.

Its hassle but hardly worth your rant....

BACS payments take 3 working days to credit a persons account / Credit card. Therefore if they started processing them on the 4th they would not credit until the 9th August which i belive is next week so the website information of people will start to receive their refunds next week is true????

Did Ron say that the club had paid all the debts, or did he say that the club now has the money (courtsey of Sainsburys, making football taste better) to pay all oustanding debts, including the 10% season ticket refund on reflection of relgation (you can't round it up to £80 as thats Southends way of saying sorry for a crap season last year, 10% refund for relegation on a season ticket is poor, so we'll reduce the prices even further)

I've had nothing & todays Friday, getting pretty tired of constant rubbish information, paid for 4 season cards + a mini blue at the start of the year; no cards, no refund, no paper tickets - no hope for a pleasant day tomorrow as it will be spent in queues!

Why is it I feel like filing in the high court against my own club lol!?!

Just phoned the box office. Poor girl in there didn't sound like she had a clue what she was doing and the phones sounded like they were ringing off the hook. I was told that the tickets for tomorrows game were sent out before they cancelled my ST. I said well that was funny beause I got confirmation that it was cancelled about 2 months ago. I got silence in response to this. I was also told that refunds of any kind were being given out in alphabetical order starting next Monday. So with Woolf as a surname it looks as though I will be waiting a while! Never short of drama at SUFC!

Lol, I warned you about those youngsters in the ticket office. Now they have a little bit of money, they should reinstate the old girl, she knew exactly what she was doing and how the system worked.
