So potentially bail could be approved today and Hall would be available tomorrow?

I doubt the terms of his bail would allow a jaunt to Morecambe, especially if the squad is travelling up today and returning tomorrow. Sturrock says he doesn't expect Hall to feature for the rest of the season, and I'd probably go along with that.

As a manager that's what PS has to assume. He doesn't know, he's not a legal expert. He just has to work on a worst case scenario.

Just to be clear. The appeal isn't today. Today is a bail application to the Crown Court pending the appeal.

Ohright, okay.
One thing that is a bit interesting is this, 'A charge of possessing an offensive weapon was dropped prior to the original hearing at the start of February.' So they seem quite determined in putting him inside as the bottle acquisition has been dropped, even though IMO Ryan Hall's actions aren't as bad as Clohessy's who punched him in the face 'and it knocked him to the ground' and the other guy who broke Hall's jaw and racially abused him for no reason.
It just doesn't seem to make sense to me.

In the echo pages 8 and 9 are quite in depth and it seems WE DEFINITELY WILL stick by him. I imagine Tara and Sturrock have come across a few 'rumpuses' in their life time.

BTW: The bail hearing is now over. Bail's been granted, pending the appeal next Thursday.

Great news. Conditional/Unconditional bail? Tag?

At least we keep him for a couple of games and I believe it will shave a few days off his sentence if/when he goes inside.
