Rio 2016 Olympics

Rugby 7's match against the safa's was brilliant. Can't wait until the final against Fiji tonight, at least we have another silver in the bag.

Thoroughly enjoying these games and have just watched the men's cycling heats. Looking good

Today's afternoon events...
13:10 - Women's lightweight double sculls
13:35 - The heptathlon begins (100m hurdles, high jump)
13:40 - Men's four finals in rowing
14:00 - Horse dancing (**** that)
15:06 - Women's pair final (Glover and Stanning)
15:10 - Jo Pavey in the 10,000m

also tonight at 10pm there will be the team pursuit (wiggins) and women's team sprint

Looking forward to the track cycling. The women smashing the world record last night was great to watch. Hope Bradley Wiggins goes out on a high as well.

Watching Jessica Ennis doing the high jump . What a difference, from a packed house in London to an empty Stadium in Brazil.

I haven't seen a full arena yet, just watched the men's quarter final in the tennis, that was half empty also.
Talking of which, Murray didn't half make it difficult for himself, but hey at least we are through to the semi final and in with a sniff of another medal.

What a final in the men's team pursuit, behind for most of the race, they timed it right and got the WR too. Brilliant shot of Wiggins with Hoy & Redgrave, 16 golds between them.
