Won 6-0 - expecting the usual run of hammering everyone bar the top team and accumulating money. Well over £6m in the bank at the moment.

Can't believe the team that went up didn't get hammered first game of the season. If they do ok this season, I'll be a lot more inclined to give it more time as I basically let them win the league to keep my cash cow running!

Won 3-2 at home.

Mine is the 12th toughest IV.

What hatstats did everyone get with the new match engine? I got 276, which is about what I'd have got last season. Considering my team is probably more multi-skilled than most, I found that a little disappointing, although I'm probably lacking in passing.

Also only got 48,000 under the new attendance scheme, although ticket prices having gone up its probably about the same gate receipts as before.

Started off with a 2-2 draw, in for a tough season again.

Started off with a 7-0 reverse in my first game in div 5, crikey im punching so far above my teams weight this year, cant see where a goal let alone a win is coming from lol.

Lost 4-1 away, playing the team who were relegated and focussed everything into midfield to try to win possession. They second guessed me and counter attacked.

Drew 1-1 away against a team that did the double over me last season. All this on 50K less wages but a much more rounded first team. Only two multiskill trainees at the moment, 3 more to come when existing youngsters pop. I'll retain some of my existing trainees until the multiskillers are strong enough for first team. This may push wages up as most are already WC or Mag but I'll still make money on gate receipts.

Top 4 comfortably again this season. Whether I'm strong enough for a promotion push I'll know once three or four games have gone.

Won 3-1 against the team who should be my biggest rival this season. Wages now at a managable £65k a week so looking to push for promotion this season

What hatstats did everyone get with the new match engine?

248 Hatstats, 21.77 Loddarstats.

However, with the tweak to set piece importance and my strong defence, I'm hoping to bore teams into submission. I've got to give up 3-4-3, though, it really ain't working for me...

Comfortably through to round 3 but having first glance at opponent is a bit worrying with some frightening TSIs. He's either sitting on a cash mountain or has gambled on a cup run. A look at club history, transfers and Altid needed for this one.

My cup opponent gets excellent midfield ratings. This is the third round, I'm supposed to be able to PIC opponents in the third round!

My league is the 3rd hardest IV though, boo! Improved to 258 hatstats though and my striker is still in wretched form.

Ever since Rosewell was called up by England he's been plagued by injuries. He's had 3 injuries since the end of last season!

0-0 at ht. I've had 58% possession, but have been unable to convert any of my chances (probably as a result of sacrificing some wing ratings in order to get better midfield to cover my lack of form and fitness in defence).

I'm a little concerned as my stamina isn't the greatest. I expect my opponent to have a few late opportunities as the age of my IMs tells. They must be pretty low on confidence, so hopefully I can keep them out.
