won my qualifier 5-0 to stay in League V. Need to spend some time overhauling my squad really and getting a new training regime. some cash would be nice to do it with.

Yeah, post your players up here and between us we'll point you in the right direction. The main thing is not to rush into any transfers until you know what you are doing. Midfielders need play-making not passing.

How much cash have you got? You'll need to get a passable trainer (solid one if you can afford it) - don't worry about their leadership, go for the cheapest available.
 
playing a 3-5-2 atm as have heard playmaking will win u games in the lower leagues, shame tilly doesnt know this!
