The 'moon pie' scene is one of my favourites ever in a movie! Genius and funny, gets me everytime!i watched the green mile last night for the first time ever and i have to say its now in my top 5 (goodbye the never ending story)
On the list to watch ... reviews seem to rave about it!With nine Oscar nominations and a leading 14 nods for this month’s Bafta film awards, it could become the most decorated German film of all time.

With a bit of luck it will return to the cinema soon.On the list to watch ... reviews seem to rave about it!
The same.Think The Guardian nailed it:"leading some to question how long Hollywood should wait before retelling recent history."I felt that "She Said" was very good but sadly a flop.
Maybe it was made too soon....Tangled....What do you think?
Think that says more about you than about Paul Mescal or his performance. While neither my wife or I liked the film (as I said above) it'll certainly pick up a Bafta or more tomorrow.Probably for Charlotte Wells in the Outstanding debut by a British writer, director,or producer section. The dad in "Aftersun" was creepy.
Didn’t Tangled used to be a film critic?Nah, tipper driver and film buff, most critics are full of cr@p and stuck up their own backsides.
NaughtyDidn’t Tangled used to be a film critic?
Ha! No but Iused to run a film club back in Brum.Booked obvious commercial films on Wednesdays. (when I was playing footbal)l. and less well known ones for Sundays ,which I (and other people) on the film committee wanted to see.Didn’t Tangled used to be a film critic?
Dunno how this would work.Certianly when Scorsee won a record number of Oscar nominations with The Irishman he'd stipulated contractually that the film had to play in cinemas (which was when/where I saw it) worldwide for a week before beiing premiered on Netflix. What the s¡ituation with All quiet is frankly I have no idea.Understand that it's already had a UK release.Certainly not a world-wide one. With a bit of luck it will return to the cinema soon.

You're entitled to your opinion (obviously) but I thought it was an excellent film.I thought The Irishman was really tedious.
Over long and bloated - I agreeI thought The Irishman was really tedious.
