Very worrying, despite Pakistan's 70 odd the other day batting, I can't see that being repeated. Could be a tricky ending here. Another 50 runs we need at least.

Well, Cook getting a century. I never thought i'd see the day. Bizarre way of getting it haha.

It was a classic...although typical of his innings having swished 3 thru the slip area when he was barely on 20 odd.

But he battled on and I guess you kind of know its your turn when you get to a ton in that manner. It was truly bizarre....and the unfortunate bowler got a big round of applause when he returned to his fielding position.

Cook did play well tho as shown by some shoddy batting from then on......oh well.

Off for bad light in the end with the floodlights on and had been since tea (ish)...something now I am home, I still cant quite understand.

We bat first. With all our batsmen out of form, and the Pakistani seamers swinging like Stan Collymore I'll be amazed if we get to 150. I suspect 120 or so.
