Taylor played at the back at Barnet… Taylor kensdale and Ralph will be our back 3…. Gus right wing back bridge left…. It’s decent if the stay fitYou've lost me.
Who's the back 3?
Taylor isn't a central defender .... Bridge doesn't work on the right.
Taylor played well in both friendliest, I was impressed with his positioning and ability to track back. Albeit against lesser oppositionTaylor played at the back at Barnet… Taylor kensdale and Ralph will be our back 3…. Gus right wing back bridge left…. It’s decent if the stay fit
Not convinced..... I guess at the moment it's not like there is much option of choice.Taylor played at the back at Barnet… Taylor kensdale and Ralph will be our back 3…. Gus right wing back bridge left…. It’s decent if the stay fit
Agreed, which is why it’ll be 3-5-2.Do you pick a formation that suits your players, or shoe-horn players in to suit your preferred formation? For me it should be the former.
Not 4-3-3?Agreed, which is why it’ll be 3-5-2.
4-5-1 is our best option with this squad and current defensive vulnerabilityNot 4-3-3?
Going to be really tricky finding players who can come in for two weeks. 14 days is less than a loan so assume it'll usually be unemployed players with no match-fitness.Only if you have a medical certificate indicating the player will be out for 14 days or more.
Or you have less than 11 fit players, or the goalie is injured
Nile Ranger then .....Going to be really tricky finding players who can come in for two weeks. 14 days is less than a loan so assume it'll usually be unemployed players with no match-fitness.
Real challenge for the coaching staff.

The rules go onto mention that the replacement signing cannot be named in the same team as the injured player - so presume you can retain the replacement for longer than 2 weeks - that's just how long the injured player mustGoing to be really tricky finding players who can come in for two weeks. 14 days is less than a loan so assume it'll usually be unemployed players with no match-fitness.

Has Andrew signed for any club or is he waiting to sign for the mighty Blues? The rules go onto mention that the replacement signing cannot be named in the same team as the injured player - so presume you can retain the replacement for longer than 2 weeks - that's just how long the injured player must
be estimated to be out for in order to bring in a replacement. But I agree it is likely to be difficult to get players in on non contract terms let alone ones that are then further restricted by conditions on when they can play

I'm very much assuming that we're going to be fishing in the leagues beneath us!Footballers are either contracted ( professional) or non contract amateur
Professional footballers can’t decide to change to being a non contract player for a week or two whilst players do change from one to the other there are strict controls .
What that means that any non contract player can only be paid expenses as opposed to a wage so you aren’t going to sign players who are still without a club on a non contract basis nor will they likely sign for expenses that are acceptable to the authorities
Is that like a pity f***?We are so sorry screwed.
1 keeper
1 left back (Ralph - with injury issues)
2 centre backs
1 right back
Kev likes to 3 central with wing backs, that ain't happening at the moment. ANY of these aren't fit or get injured.... we're in serious trouble.
