In days gone by people would’ve waited for news to come from the club, or be reported in the Echo. With social media and the internet people demand and expect constant updates. Even when they’re given them they aren’t happy, they want exact dates and times. TC and Medway have told us snippets of what they know to reassure us but still, people question and criticise.

Wait for news from the club .. then you know it’s 100% done, dusted and genuine.

Exactly. And in the meantime get on with life. There’s got to be more things people can fill their time up with, surly?
I can’t wait for the announcement to be made but some people seem to want to punish themselves with this and obsess over it.

We could all be gone tomorrow and none of this would have mattered anyway.

The analogy I’d use is right now we’re waiting for that nice shiny new package from Amazon we’ve been looking forward to. Whereas before we’ve been waiting for test results from the Dr we’ve been dreading.

One is definitely more preferable than the other of course, doesn’t mean we aren’t still anxiously looking at the door waiting for the bell to ring though.

Totally agree. We are off to see PNE v Lincoln today in a pre season friendly near Murcia. It’s an 11am kick off in a stadium with no roof. It’s going to be around 38 degrees today, don’t know about the players we but we may not make tomorrow
