Think hes just reffering to the "its not done until its done", meaning until the paperwork is signed and 100% completed, anything can happen, but it seems to be all but done at this stage with fairly little reasoning it can go wrong

Chill Tommy. For all intents and purposes it appears to be done and we’re just awaiting public confirmation, but until we receive that then obviously nobody wants to jump the gun.
