Shock it's that **** family holding this all up.. (don't mention protests don't mention protests) the life of our club all gambled for his back pocket.
 
The below are made up numbers so forgive my ignorance, as a non SUFC fan I don’t know all the exact figures. But is there a chance that Ron Martin has the scenario of he has £20million debts and a known outlay of £20million to COSU plus say £30million build costs at FF

The housing mix he wants returns £100million so 🐀 is in pocket nicely.
However the red line housing mix SCC want and the revised lease terms etc only return him £60million so he would be out of pocket and therefore literally unable to accept the revised terms.

The above question makes sense in my head lol, apologies if it’s gobbledygook to everyone else
The Rat owes 45 mill, he will never build FF, it's his son's project.. The 20 mill will only come back in stages when building FF.

The man is 1000000% bankrupt but on paper he is maneuvering debts and land value/planning permission between companies to try to show a balance.

This is a house of Cards!

Shocked?? Not at all !!! we all knew it would be like this when the deadlines/red lines were alluded to by Cllr Cowan last week.
This is the Martins we are dealing with here, experience tells us what they are and what they are capable of.
At this point its obvious that after agreeing to terms the Martins have backtracked .
COSU now have to call his bluff along with the council too.
In the end its gotta come down to an ultimatum by the Council/COSU "this is the deal Ron either take it or kiss the whole development goodbye (and in the councils case mean it), the time for negotiation is well overdue.

I really don't understand that the ultimatum was put down by the council a week ago and we now seem to be back in negotiations.

Ultimatums are pointless if they are not adhered to. As scary as it may be, if the terms that SCC set out have not been agreed by Citizen, then they and COSU should have the balls to walk. If they don’t, Rat and Jr win again and this merry go round of **** taking continues.

Enough now. It must end.
 
The signs have been there for over a decade. I called him out on his asset stripping of the club, the setting up of shell companies, the changing ownership of things to members of his family, and of course the continual non payment to all sorts of people and firms that supplied a service. His lies, false promises and deflections. Even at this late stage, no one will be surprised if he Fs this up by demanding more from the deal than they can give him.
