So what makes you so sure that COSU aren’t aware of this? You have said in your posts you have a source within the club who claims to know exactly what RM is going to do at every stage. All of it negative

My take is,
Ron will agree to the deal with the council, which will then stop the pressure from both the consortium and fans.
He’ll let the consortium clear the WUP and let them carry on funding the club whilst promising them everything will be fine.

Whatever he agrees to and signs won’t be worth anything, he will not honour any of it!

Seems to be how he operates and I don`t know how he has got away with it?

But, this latest deadline has to focus his mind, if COSU walk he gets nothing and no more joy from SCC? Let that sink in.

If COSU continue, I hope that they have a very tight ship legally, because he doesn`t seem to worry about timescales, deadlines. It`s all lies and someone else can continue to fund and worry about the debt I`ve saddled the club with?

I’ve two questions for you

1. One of the three criteria for COSU to put in the money to see off the winding up order was solely for the Council. Where are we with that now? Has that been provided to COSU?

2. Where are you with procurement for the next stage of DD? Is this being lined up to commence immediately on Ron accepting your terms? Last time DD was held up by delays in waiting for Ron to provide suitable undertaking - will that be an issue again?
