When will the takeover go through? Council / Citizen Housing agree new Heads of Terms 26 June

Ron and Jack being bellends, dragging things out forever in the hope of a few more pence for their grubby mitts. It must be frustrating the hell out of COSU.
Oh… sorry and thank you for clarifying. Yes I am sure it is extremely frustrating although I’m sure not unexpected for COSU.

The real question is How much longer is COSU going to play to the tune of Ron Martin game I guess not for much longer As they stated its only them who can save the club But the next question is does Rattie care if the club dies

I really want to be post 5000

sorry

he should - if COSU walk then you'd hope the council stick to their guns and also walk, leaving Rat in a pretty poor position

It’s not like we have a history of doing things ahead of the deadline day. Remember even the PG site services agreement was a phone call just ahead of the court case 2 days ago.

I admire COSU for putting up with this for so long. Equally I am not surprised that this hasn’t completed yet as history tells us not to expect different. So don’t panic… yet

We've had our current funder (Cosu) issue a public statement threatening to cancel takeover if conditions are not met
But we didn’t even have a current funder last summer? I’m not disputing why the National League asked for a bond. I’m actually in the camp that can understand it given how unstable things are. But why was it not an issue last summer?

I can’t really remember where we were at then - other than needing more players than we do this year.

It was an issue last summer. We were nearly thrown out of the league and had to submit 2 years worth of accounts to avoid it. Made the deadline by 5 mins.
