When will the takeover go through? Council / Citizen Housing agree new Heads of Terms 26 June

it may mean nothing - or it may mean COSU are having crisis talks right now - but I’ve just driven past John Watson’s house (he lives just up the road from me in Rochford) and Gary Lockett has just turned up.
stalker

Get yourself round there will you and eavesdrop

I for one would be happy to buy my season tickets ASAP, if it helps pay off the 500k debt, and funds wages etc for the next couple of months.

It would also give 3000 of us yet another reason to stick it all over the rotten family, if he continues with his nonsense.
I think the only problem with that is how we did it in the past and part of the reason why we are in the position we are.

This is no use whatsoever to most of you on here, but one strand of hope I am clinging to is that Justin and the members of COSU all come across to be decent ethical people.

All of Ron's devious underhanded actions in the last week and the need for the council to have to put in place a more forceful negotiation l hope is strengthening their resolve to see this through and buy Ron out.

As l said it's no use whatsoever, apart from it's helping me through the next couple of days.
Agreed.
I was especially encouraged by TL being part of COSU, his knowledge of the more recent goings on, and The Rat.
Yet despite that becoming financially involved,
Tom MUST have a good brief on the overall and daily/weekly running.

True, but in theory, if COSU are willing to pay the debts off once they have the necessary securities or own the club, then they could use that money to go back into the club instead if those debts are cleared with season tickets etc.

Probably just going for a swim in the pool, before hitting the delights of lunch at the C@ck Inn down the road.
