Got some insurance quote for myself and 17 year old daughter on a provisional licence for a Fiesta ST line and the cheapest came in at just over a grand.

Added my wife as a named driver and it dropped to £738.

Make sure next year you gets quotes with/ without wife.
I had the same with my kids, first year cheaper with my wife, next year more expensive- they just hope you will auto renewal

I've just got back from York, it's like a different world up there. In particular lovely cafe's, a cocktail bar and a specialist store where the two shop assistants were just incredibly friendly, helpful and up for a laugh.

The amount of CRV, HRV and JAZZ motors still roving around the roads after a decade or so is quite amazing and a tribute to Honda's build quality.
