I took my kids to an army recruitment centre after their MMR injections.

Today's kids are too soft.

Weight is now down to 15stone 2lb considering back in 2005 I was 25 stone I am feeling good, healthy and most importantly clean for some time.
And looking forward to becoming a dad in mid May and we just found out we are having a girl :smiles:
