Question What is making you happy today?

Weight is now down to 15stone 2lb considering back in 2005 I was 25 stone I am feeling good, healthy and most importantly clean for some time.
And looking forward to becoming a dad in mid May and we just found out we are having a girl :smiles:
Life right now if good and I am enjoying me football

Well done.

Congratulations Scott, good to hear you are settled, clear and happy.

Me and you have never seen eye to eye but I genuinely appricate your comment

Life would be deadly dull if everyone agreed 100% with absolutely everything!

Keep up the good work - someone very small will need you...

12 mile run today, felt good and in a decent time well on my way to smashing my target for the London marathon.

Sky Go. I'm sitting at work with the cricket on my phone (on silent I might add) whilst I work...or spend time on Shrimperzone!

Espanyol's great 3-1 win over Seville last night in the Cope del Rei.

(Just hope that the 91st minute goal they conceeded doesn't cost them in the second leg next week).

****ing hell that's an amazing achievement! Your only 2 stone heavier than me now, how have you managed it?

2 wins on the bounce for the mighty Shrimpers and went on a 6 miler and felt unstoppable like Brown's 10 man army.

By this stage in your prep you need to be topping that up with at least 10 miles tomorrow.
And remember that your VLM time will in all probability be at least 10-15 minutes slower than on an uncongested run/race course. Get those knees up Forestt!
