Seeing Chris Rock getting a smack in the mouth from Will Smith at the Oscars. Thoroughly deserved.

I thought he made himself look like a ****.

Violence is rarely the answer - especially church picnic style violence.

Finally located my old working dog who I spent 6 months in the Falklands with, she was the dog I’d love to have kept. Unfortunately she didn’t get on with other bitches. She’s been rehomed by an ex Army guy and is now living it up in North Carolina. Seeing the post on Facebook put a massive smile on my face.

Really? I thought it was rather pathetic by Will Smith. It was an assualt and he should be charged.

I didn't hear Chris Rock apologise for the cheap shot comment about another star's wife. Deserved all he got. The LA Police have confirmed that Rock had "declined to file a police report" following the event. Says it all really.

What's the difference on a night out on the town where someone makes a flippant remark and that person gets attacked (punched) and dies? Is that ok? I also remember when we played Colchester and one of our fans ran across from the West to the North Bank and puched a few Colchester fans because he didn't like what they were singing, where's the difference?

Sorry, not rising to the bait. The bloke got a slap for being totally insensitive about another man's wife's medical condition for a cheap laugh at high profile event. Deserved all he got. I would have done the same in the circumstances, and with that I'm done.

This year's winner wasn't. Genuinely deserved to be best film.
