Mrs RHB picked up a cold which started on Friday last week, but she also insisted on us going to the Sittingbourne game because she thought it would be good.. When we left the Hall she was shivering uncontrollably and the cold developed probably worse than if we had stayed at home. Because my Missus is the generous sort, she has now given the cold to me, sneezing, coughing and snot galore. Thank you dear.

When are the government/ councils going to clamp down on e scooters
Saturday a 16 year old and 9 years old killed at Pitsea , driver drove away but now caught and on bail
I see kids two on an e scooter on roads and pavements having the no fear factor at high speeds
How many more are going to be killed before action is taken, at least make it law to wear a helmet may stop some deaths , but honestly to me it’s just a council money making scheme without little thought and bugger where they park them outside properties where they don’t live
My real pet hate is seeing wide load people on them rather than walk anywhere , then complain it’s their bloody glands making them wide load

The kids were on a private escooter rather than a hire one. Basildon voted a week or 2 ago to ask Essex CC to end the escooter hire trial in Basildon
