Eye see what you did there
That's an eye wateringly high cost!
That's exactly the same time duration my partner was told at Southend Hosp a week ago, when she went for the pre examinationSpecsavers referred me to Chelmsford private eye clinic on the NHS system, with the first visit for examination to the second visit for the actual operation was about 3 months, maybe that’s an option.
The disparity in NHS waiting times quoted is frightening. That's exactly the same time duration my partner was told at Southend Hosp a week ago, when she went for the pre examination
Possibly due to a cancellation, but she got a call from them this morning offering an appt before Christmas!.The disparity in NHS waiting times quoted is frightening.
The eye unit at Southend is, imo, very good but very busy. They also take emergency referals and will do their best with "walk ins". The main issues with them are how surprisingly they get "no shows" and the phone system, like most of SUH is not much better than carrier pidgeon quality.Possibly due to a cancellation, but she got a call from them this morning offering an appt before Christmas!.
Good news Tony, the sooner it's done the sooner the sight improves, it's a no brainer.Possibly due to a cancellation, but she got a call from them this morning offering an appt before Christmas!.
Are you a snowflake about everything, or just things that upset your sensitive soul?Jaguar cars. What have they done? They've wiped out their history and identity, and ignored their usual target car buyers. Their new woke design team could spell the end of Jaguar. The minimalist interior, oh dear. And yes, that is a brass bar going down the middle of the car, and is also on the doors. No back window or mirrors by the way. That grey section next to the seat is stone. These E.V.s are expected to be priced at just under £100,000, but with usual add-ons, will be over £100,000. Good luck with that Jaguar.
I've never been called a snowflake before, Lol. No, I just have an opinion on all sorts of topics. This is what forums are for, aren't they? So over 17,000 posts on this thread on what's hacking people off, and you've singled out one person? Others are posting on this thread almost every week, and you've not said a word. Are you a snowflake about everything, or just things that upset your sensitive soul?

I would love to know what is specifically 'woke' about the new design. Perhaps someone could enlighten me.
My younger brother GMS (Not on SZ) used to be a big fan,for alll I know still is:Last time I saw him -for our last home game of last season- he was taking about the delivery of his new LandRover! don't imagine he'll be too interested in J 's latest effort .Jaguar cars. Funny enough, it's amazing how the Land Rover car almost died, and then rose again to be seen as a more cool and sought after car.My younger brother GMS (Not on SZ) used to be a big fan,for alll I know still is:Last time I saw him -for our last home game of last season- he was taking about the delivery of his new LandRover! don't imagine he'll be too interested in J 's latest effort .
If you read it again, I said their new woke design team could spell the end of Jaguar. Where did I say the design was woke? They called themselves that, celebrating and owning it, as they are targeting like minded people to buy their cars, and are going down a different route to the past.I would love to know what is specifically 'woke' about the new design. Because you can't really be hacked off about a Jaguar car or Iceland hot cross buns. Or really believe Paris is scary and that people on here defend paedophiles.I've never been called a snowflake before, Lol. No, I just have an opinion on all sorts of topics. define 'woke' here in the context of car designJaguar cars. What have they done? They've wiped out their history and identity, and ignored their usual target car buyers. I've never been a fan of their later interiors, always seemed a bit bland. The older jags oozed quality. The later ones looked like they're made out of old mondeo bits.Jaguar cars.
