to be honest, a 2/3rds majority is pretty difficult to acheive and they nearly did it with a bunch of old duffers. I cannot think of many issues that if the public voted they would get achieve that level of majority. If either side got it in the referendum it would be considered a landslide.

My car was stolen of the drive a couple of weeks ago - we found it same day (on a different thread) . Last Saturday I get a letter from Her Majesty’s finest informing me I have gone through a speeding camera , which was when I was went after them - marvellous . This Saturday I go to the repairers to sign off on what needs to be done , and decide to run a errand for my son on the way . When running the errand I manage to reverse into another car- luckily minimal damage to his car - he asked for £10 and £300 to mine . I would not have been there if I was not going to the car repairers . :dim:
