What have you watched on TV?

Caught up with it last night. Promising indeed, though not sure I needed to see Clare Danes freshen up her lady garden. :nope:

yep wasn't too sure about that part either! Does look good though and good to see a couple of English actors in Damian Lewis and David Harewood in a US series.

I dont want to admit this but ... Playing it Straight every monday on e4 at 9 ... although the last episode is on next monday everyone needs to do some catching up

ill in bed so I'm settling for an NCIS marathon. It really is amazing just how many episodes of this I've watched previously now I'm watching them in order, instead of on 5* or 5USA.

Also saw the last Hustle ep. I got conned. Again. 8 series and they played me every goddamn time. *NB: For the record: It was fantastic.* and the latest eps of Tracy Beaker (not to worry, only a few more eps of that left, it's getting cancelled due to Tracy's actress buggering off) - can we please get more stuff like this on kids tv instead of crappy Japanese anime imports like poxy Pokemon? and Being Human. I think it's pretty good this year.

According to many, I'm wrong though.

Oh, and Top Gear. Finally, a funny episode! Only took 'em half way through the run to get there!

Gonna have to rewatch pretty much the entire first season of Mentalist, wasn't paying attention to most of the last half of it. Was busy.

Game of Thrones came through yesterday, still got 2 disks left to watch, but if you're gonna get get it, put on the commentaries for ep 2 and another ep that I can't remember. Ep 2's got Lena Headley, Mark Addy and the Skandanavian bloke on it, and it's hillarious if only for Lena Headley having a severe case of potty mouth (no, seriously, she does actually swear like a trooper). The other one's got the three young Starks on it (well, Sansa, Arya and Bran, Rickkon just seems to be there because he's there in the books to be honest). It too is hillarious. They gabble on to the theme tune before even introducing themselves.

Caught up with the final part of this series of Whitechapel last night, gory as hell but very well written.

Anyone else see The Best of Soul at the BBC,on BBC4 last night?
Thought Dusty was superb in that company and as good as,if not better than, anyone else on the show.

Yes pretty good - enjoyed the documentary on Bill Withers beforehand (plus my usual dose of Transatlantic Sessions before that) - Friday night is BBC4 night:happy:

Saw the late night film on C5, The Boys from Brazil, last night.Never seen it before but thought it was an excellent thriller with Gregory Peck on top form.
