What have you watched on TV?

Right now, Inside Men before that Public Enemies. British Drama is getting better...

It's such a good feeling to turn on the TV when there's something you've waited to watch rather than turn it on just because...

Anybody see Noel Fielding's Luxury Comedy last night? Seemed stilted and forced at times (the lion), other times it was brilliant (pele, mr. cache). He has a brilliantly bonkers mind. Made me pine for the Mighty Boosh and Howard's Jazz interludes.

I caught up with episode 1 on 40D and I loved it all, especially the lion. Last night was fantastic as well, loved the tutting mountains.

Top quality, good to know that in these days where every "comedy" has to figure teenagers trying to have sex there's still a market for stuff like this. Well done E4 and shame on you BBC for cutting Shooting Stars.

Watched the last mrs browns boys, first i have watched the whole one from start to finish and the whole family loved it big time, now got them all to watch, seen one and two and love the way its filmed and acted, brilliant.

 It's grown on me each week, they've basically stuck a camera inside Noel Fielding's head. Loved Mr Fantasy last night.

Mrs DS loves Mrs Brown's Boys, and I quite like it too. Real upturn in comedy the last year or so from BBC & C4, The Trip, Roger & Val Have Just Got In (new series just started), Episodes (new series coming), New Girl etc

Watched the first (pilot) episode of Friday Night Lights last night on Sky Atlantic. Although it's a pilot (they sometimes overload them, a bit like Boardwalk Empire), it was absolutely bloody superb. It's a long 5 series award-winning drama, so make sure you catch it, before you regret that you missed out!

Also, Homeland starts on Sunday on C4

The homeland pilot was pretty good!! Feels like a 24/The Killing hybrid, just hope it isn't too strung out

If A Tree Falls - Oscar nominated documentary about eco-"terrorists" who burnt down various business who caused massive pollution in USA but then get considered in the same vein as Al Queda. No one got hurt, but yet the good ol' US wanted to give one guy 344 years inside PLUS a life sentence. An excellent doc, that made you think that those who cause massive pollution get off scot free, while those who protest get treated like utter crap.

Been watching Whitechapel on Monday evenings, generally Sky+ then watching later - so I haven't seen the 2nd part of the current one yet!

The butler did it. :raspberry:

Has anyone been watching Inside Men - BBC 1 on Thursday's? Bloody good the Beeb often takes a deserved kicking but when they produce programmes like this I don't mind coughing up the licence fee.
