I agree only that their home crowd matchday receipts are very unlikely to be enough - probably by a long way short.
Up keep of a small new ground must be a fraction of The Hall.
They have very good facilities for other uses, iirc they have made some good player sales, and have had a couple of cup runs.

Pedder will be signing. He is fit and been training all week I believe. He wouldn’t still be with us if we weren’t signing him. Defo trained Thursday on the pitch with the team

Didn't work out for York last season. Seem to recall they brought a load in early and nearly got relegated
