The dictionary definition of a “rumour” is a “story of uncertain or doubtful truth” so surely we can do without them.

I'm sure will bring in 2/3 signings, but I think they will be loan signings which probably will happen towards the end of the window. January is notoriously a market where clubs demand top dollar for players, COSU haven't really shown much ambition in the transfer market so far and I wouldn't expect that to change this January.

It’s the rumours that have been shutdown.

Maher has successfully plugged the leaks. There was very little chatter in the build up to the Kendall and Golding signings. Maher had previously made clear his displeasure that the news was getting out and everyone subsequently has clammed up.

If you want this thread to die I suggest you stop bumping it.

Harry Cardwell is not having a great time fooballing wise at Forest Green Rovers. He was substituted after 65 minutes by Joe Quigley in front of a poorly attended game and his game time could be further reduced when Alex Reid is up and running.

I fear you credit me with to much power- I don’t think any “bumping” from me will have any material affect….i have lowered my expectations accordingly…
