Barnet have a bigger budget than usNo, I'd just like us to competitive with such giants as Barnet, Gateshead etc who play vastly superior football

Moncur would be the best player in this league at a team like Barnet or York. Our depressing style of football sucks the life out of anyone wanting to try anything excitingI would suggest that Moncur would attract a club that needs a bit of a spark to try and get them out of trouble.
Looking at the table two of the relegation slots look to already be decided, (unless something dramatic happens).
That leaves Woking down to Fylde who have deep enough pockets & the rest that have the right location.
I can see it being Fylde, Wealdstone or Woking
I think a bigger part of the problem for him has been Cokers improvement, he is our attack minded midfielder with an eye for goal.Moncur would be the best player in this league at a team like Barnet or York. You're not the only one, but opinions like this really undermine the anti-Maher argument for those with that stance. It just suggests everything and anything negative gets pinned on him. No credibility remains after that.Moncur would be the best player in this league at a team like Barnet or York. From OffTheLine blog:
Southend United
Jordan Raguette (Salisbury – transfer)
One position in which The Blues were always strong, and yet this year do look a little flat, is left wing-back. That is one area which I think they need to try to add, with Jack Bridge’s form having gone off and Nathan Ralph not really the profile – I feel – to be used as a flying wing-back and so the player that I’d be trying to sign is Jordan Raguette.
Raguette has adjusted to the sixth tier this term after signing for Salisbury and while as a collective they may not have always found their top form, Raguette is a player who has very much been operating at a level above so far as one of the standout – if not thebest – left-sided defenders in the sixth tier. A player that is a full-back by trade, but operates very much as a winger with the ball, he is an attack-minded, athletic, lung-busting outlet down the flank that gets up in support of the attack at every opportunity.
One thing that I want to see from Southend United in the second-half of the campaign is an injection of speed, as at times I’ve felt that it is too one-paced, and adding a player of Jordan Raguette’s profile is perfect. He more readily wants to – and is able to – hit the byline with his energy and athleticism, will back himself to progress the ball with dribbling past the opposition, and isn’t adverse to swinging the ball in first-time rather than the touch-heavy work of someone like Jack Bridge. Raguette is more direct, plays at speed, is incisive and contributes positively in the attacking third.
For Salisbury this term, Raguette has been so good from the left-back spot that he has shouldered the burden of creativity and end product in front of goal with six goal involvements; his five goals is the most of any full-back in the division
I wonder if London Shrimpers post means anything but I could be adding 2+2 and getting 5 with that..What team is that?

Orient fans told us what to expect from Moncur. Other than the first month when he was interested, we've experienced exactly what they said he would do.
How on earth is that Maher's doing?
What does it say?I wonder if London Shrimpers post means anything but I could be adding 2+2 and getting 5 with that..
Its the "why have a shot when an extra 20 passes will do" approach!Bringing players in and not playing to their strengths.
What even is our style nowadays?
Our style of football seemed fine for Zak Brunt when he played in a similar position to MoncurMoncur would be the best player in this league at a team like Barnet or York. Our depressing style of football sucks the life out of anyone wanting to try anything exciting
Is it tho? Only 6 teams have conceded less than us in the league and no keeper has more clean sheets in the league than Collin . As a whole I don’t think our defence is as bad as some make out
Well that’s soul destroying!
Didn't KM sign him? You're not the only one, but opinions like this really undermine the anti-Maher argument for those with that stance. It just suggests everything and anything negative gets pinned on him. No credibility remains after that.

I take that as a reference to how much York have spent, they have essentially built 2 squads in 2 seasons.
And he will get his own dressing room !
Well that’s soul destroying!
Did it? I don't think he scored and had minimal assists pretty much the same as Moncur. Our style of football seemed fine for Zak Brunt when he played in a similar position to Moncur
Aren't the Uggla family billionaires?I take that as a reference to how much York have spent, they have essentially built 2 squads in 2 seasons.
Their owner has deep pockets, although nowhere near as deep as FGR.
