There are still some names on there. Some exciting names too. Time will tell if they ever become reality however.

Logic surely dictates that if we pay off the HMRC debt (petition and further accrued), which we will have to do if we're not going to get a points deduction, then the embargo will be lifted no later than 23 August.

Believed to be services' slang from the first part of World War Two, most probably from the Royal Navy. My dad used the phrase a lot and he was a Navy man. Generally assumed to mean annoyed and unhappy. Certainly not naughty.
