Brandon just scored another beauty to pull it back to 2-3. I know we had him a few years ago but he was brought into a league 1 team with a loosing mentality and issues off the field. Bond then Campbell, Molesley and Brown.

Set up the 3rd goal spotting the space on the left and popped the ball out there to allow the left back to send the ball into the box and for their 14 to head the equaliser.

Expect? I would advise against setting expectations that firmly. We might be lucky. Work is under way and moves afoot - I’d be astonished if we didn’t have news in the next 2-3 days.

Remember folks, this was a long bank holiday weekend. The bureaucracy involved will, on its own (IMO), make signing players tomorrow a pretty long shot. Unless one or two that didn't quite complete in time for Saturday are still in the works, in which case you'd like to think something might happen tomorrow.

If there are none by Saturday then I’ll be stood right next to you with my burning pitch fork!

As they’ve just sacked Matty Etherington, maybe this signing won’t now go ahead so whichever striker it was may now be available to us….

Harrison Neal hasn’t been in there squad for the last 5 games so maybe he will be looking to get more game time elsewhere as well as them looking to move him on.
