Morais deal if off for now, was due to be completed but his Mrs popped a chavvy earlier than expected. Might be done next week now or not at all.

I’m Given the players who are still at the club , the pairing have played together more than once and on a goals per game its Waldron or Wood with Cardwell , as Powell is still Injured

But it does indicate the two Big Men idea aint working

I dont think you can read that much into samples of three matches. Cardwell and Dackers’ three matches together were against teams currently 1, 6 and 8 in the table.

You also need to give more time for partnerships to develop IMO. Both for each other and for the players supplying them.

No point in wasting money with short term signings. I’d expect there is a premium at the moment where teams are worried about going up or down. Get someone in to protect the other players if we get injuries - other than that - let’s look to next season

I agree although there maybe occasions when players can be signed on a short-term basis with a view to a permanent move during the summer.

Ollie Pearce (Worthing) NLS leading scorer with 33 goals in 35 games. Not old at 28. Any info - are we interested, would he want to join us, too expensive etc etc?

Everybody has big expectation for next season, but we will need to see how the comings and goings pan out over the summer. Will we be able to keep hold of players like GSM, Kensdale, Taylor, Bridge, Cardwell, if EFL clubs come knocking. Standing in the way of a player who has an opportunity to play at higher level rarely works out well. So things like this can come down the individual, where they are in their career, how settled they are, ambition, and of course money!

I can see us losing Miley, Wood, Kensdale, Demi (retirement), Dackers and Sandat (Loan return) and Fonguck (released)
