I think once the Waldron’s deal is done that leaves us pretty well covered in most positions. Maybe an orthodox left footer for the left hand side to give Bridge a break and cover for GSM too if we could. Things looking upwards 🤞🏼
With the signing of Crowther, and return to fitness of Lomas (eventually), not to mention Kabongolo, we could afford to push Ralph into LWB without too much impact on the balance of the team. As for Gussy, how do you replace a bloke that looks like a bag of spanners and can't pull his socks up, tough old ask, that one. (I love the bloke).

No, leave Ralph where he is. Maybe we'll look at the lower leagues for a young player that can maybe cover both RWB and LWB (after all isn't Bridge right footed anyway)

This is bad news- however much I stare at that picture the flag never moves….
That's because you probably haven't yet reached that mature stage in life when cataracts come into view. Makes for a very moving experience some times, especially where corner flags are involved. :Winking:

Yep. But I was only offering up another option to the post I originally replied to, and no one excepts the Spanish Inquisition.
