Thanks for the update.
yeah can’t understand the knockers. I think Danny Waldron looks pretty decent for our level of footy.
Much like Cardwell although Waldron you would say is more prolific. Didnt see anyone complaining when we signed Cards. Like the look of Waldron and the type of player we should be looking at for sure

The Club can announce that we have agreed with another club to sell Adam Crowther.

We expect the deal to be completed in the next 48 hours pending paperwork/medicals.

Chairman Stephen Cleeve said “Adam was a superb servant for the club, and he will always be welcome back. Whilst we know some fans will be unhappy about his departure, we promote talent and we will never stand in a player’s way of taking a step up.”

The club wishes the best of luck to Adam in his future ventures.
When I saw that I was thinking 'another club' was a club different to the first club i.e. us.

Crowther Confirmed!

SOUTHEND United have agreed a deal with King's Lynn Town to sign defender Adam Crowther.

The Shrimpers have been in talks with the National League North club for the past few weeks about the highly-rated centre-back. And King's Lynn have now confirmed the defender will be moving on.

A statement issued on the club website said: "The club can announce that we have agreed with another club to sell Adam Crowther.

"We expect the deal to be completed in the next 48 hours pending paperwork/medicals.
Chairman Stephen Cleeve said “Adam was a superb servant for the club, and he will always be welcome back.

"Whilst we know some fans will be unhappy about his departure, we promote talent and we will never stand in a player’s way of taking a step up.”

Crowther will become Blues' second signing since the transfer embargo was lifted as he follows in the foot-steps of midfielder James Morton.

The Shrimpers are still in talks to sign a striker.
