Transfer Embargo, Winding Up Petition & Staff Salary Issues

No more online coverage now COVID levels are down. I'm checking Twitter.

This is worse that being 1 up and seeing 7 minutes of added time!

One little thought that may calm some people's nerves...

Does anyone really think, having come this far and with the training ground now starting with FF not far behind, having fought off all comers and investors thus far, with the club never having gone into administration, that Ron is going to allow the club to go under now?

In my mind this means one of the following things have happened;

1) The tax has even paid already
2) the tax will be paid today, or
3) Ron has sufficient evidence to show that it will be paid very soon

Normally these things spread inside a club and transfer onto the players. There were no nervous signs at all amongst the sponsors, players, coaching or club staff that any pending bad news was imminent .... so it's likely it has been paid or a plan has been arranged to pay it. RM will not allow his nest egg to die so its in his best interests to keep the club going, allbeit with financial difficulties until the Stadium has been built and he sells up. I'm sure it won't be the last embargo.....

4) Our debt ridden and perennial cash flow deficit owner ensures that the transfer embargo continues for another lengthy period.

For what reason would he want that? In any event, that's a possible consequence of today rather than something that either may happen or any have happened to illustrate the point I was making
