Transfer Embargo, Winding Up Petition & Staff Salary Issues

so if not paid and adjourned, that's another 56 days of an embargo
Assuming the payment isn't made before the next hearing and the petition is dismissed.

It definitely feels like we're sailing closer to the wind than usual today. Surely we can't go on like this for much longer.

From what I understand, we don’t get money for each game that’s selected, we, along with all the other clubs get a set fee from BT Sports regardless of how many matches are shown.

Doesn’t matter if we appear once, twenty times, only home games or only away games, we all get the same fee.
Not questioning whether this is right or wrong, but if right it does feel unfair. Televised matches reduce teams attendances. I’m sure Notts would have had more than 250 odd supporters had they not been able to pop to a boozer after work rather than drive for 6 hours.

If I recall correctly we've had an adjournment at one of other hearings years ago. As long as Ron can justify why there will be funds in x days rather than today then it should be granted

It's gotten so bad that the person serving us at the food kiosk told us that they've not paid the supplier for the refreshments so they've refused delivery. It means the away end were having to serve coffee via an urn and store bought coffee as opposed to the instant cups.
I'm assuming you didn't get that information from the food kiosk in the East stand under East Yellows. The person that served me said there was no onions available but was looking in the hot dog tray rather than the onion tray. I had to direct him to the correct tray to get onions on my burger. He wasn't a new person either, has been there all season.

If he can't work out what tray out of 2 possible options holds the onions i'd wager a couple of notes he isn't going to be that clued up on any possible payment issues with suppliers.
