Worth remembering that more bumps in the road were predicted in September, if all is to be believed it’ll be sorted in October, right?! We’re about to see the answer!

I’m not spamming threads. I’ve posted in two different threads but no motive other than interest in this guy as didn’t realise it had been discussed previously. I find your comment a bit unnecessary. If that’s how you feel then delete it. I won’t lose sleep over it

After rereading the post you referred to I now understand it was to do with him not being an executor. My apologise for my post. (still friends?)

Of course mate. I'm enemies with no-one that I'm aware of, everyone's a friend. I'm sure that there are some people who probably don't like me that much and think I'm arrogant, but they don't know me and anyway, that's their stuff. I try not to judge and hold no grudges with anyone.

the key thing here, none of the good work could be achieved without the money Ron puts into the club.

What money does Martin put into the Club? It is usually other peoples money whilst he takes 350K per year in consultancy fees!

No he blames a delay on the stadium works. That caused a missed payment to HMRC, he says, and they cancelled his Time to Pay agreement (hastily in his eyes). It’s the same old basically and more evidence of us living hand to mouth (and failing at that).

If anyone out there was really serious about a takeover you’d think they would make a proper approach to the club as the timing is perfect. Planning permission in place but still time to amend the designs before the build happens. Seems we’re stuck with Ron though for the time being.

I hope Ron's statement is true and this will all be sorted in weeks not months. We'll see if that is true as that means sorted by the end of October.

With regards to his comment about the "upward trajectory", my view is that is true, but would be greatly accelerated if he wasn't acting like an anchor.

A message posted on their Facebook, especially one so carelessly worded and clearly libellous, was unlikely to have come from their CEO (even in a small family firm such as PG).

As it has been removed, and not replaced, I think we can draw a line under that situation unless the lads come out with blacked out shirts at 3pm. Can’t see it myself. Looks like a lot of nonsense to me, whatever the cause.
