Back in Basildon Magistrates Court on Tuesday morning it seems. Can't seem to see who has brought the case though. It's never bloody ending, isn't it?

Might be the reason for the hold up at least. Acid test for JR and chance for RM to play the victim.

When the takeover concludes all get paid. So not sure as a supplier I would see the point in bringing this to court a day or two, or a few days prior? It will get adjourned and the only winners are the legals who get paid for a short and unnecessary trip to court. Are these people who didn’t come to an agreement prior? Small or large creditors? Who knows.

Again the real victims continue to be the players, patiently waiting for the parties to get dressed and the embargo lifted…

I thought that was adjourned for 6 weeks?. In which case it's now 8 weeks since that date.
Yet it had been transferred to Chelmsford Court, so maybe this one is for something completely different?.
Guess we're know in 3 days time!.

If we go into administration suppliers may only get a penny in the pound ?

If npower came to an agreement - I doubt it would've been to hold off until 'takeover complete' - it'd have a date on it - maybe we're passed that date?
