When the takeover concludes all get paid. So not sure as a supplier I would see the point in bringing this to court a day or two, or a few days prior? It will get adjourned and the only winners are the legals who get paid for a short and unnecessary trip to court. Are these people who didn’t come to an agreement prior? Small or large creditors? Who knows.

Again the real victims continue to be the players, patiently waiting for the parties to get dressed and the embargo lifted…
 
I have a hunch that the players would spare more than a thought for the other club staff, a number of whom had to reluctantly quit their posts in search of a reliable income stream.

If we go into administration suppliers may only get a penny in the pound ?🤨🤨🤨🤨
 
If npower came to an agreement - I doubt it would've been to hold off until 'takeover complete' - it'd have a date on it - maybe we're passed that date?
