The Olympics thread

was going to stay up last night to watch some of the olympics, instead I had to stay up all night being sick :( The swimmings going very well for us, 2 girls in the semis of the individual medley.

Damn right the kid had a point to have a pop. If Alex Ferguson was sitting next to Rooney on the bench in the 60th minute, just before he brings him on to replace a flagging Tevez.. the last thing he wants to see is Rooney on the dog and bone, having a natter with Colleen about whats she just bought in bloomin' Jimmy Choos!

watched them interview after the dive the older guy was a right miserable git. not a good publicity move slagging of the young that everyone likes.

yes what a game they were 17-12 down in the final match the chinese were killing them from half way through the 2nd match then all the sudden it changed and the brits won 7 points in a row to lead 19-17 they then lost 2 points which leveled it up then they went on to win 21-19 thtough to the quarters good luck to them
 
Olympics

Beach Volleyball. If the football doesnt improve, i'm up for filling roots hall with sand and getting some beach volleyball going.
