Jamaica could probably now win gold in this event with their women running instead of the men.

no but it looks pretty dodgy

I don't see how they can do this so badly. My old school team used acceleration marks to ensure we could be at full speed by the time we reached our change over box. It isn't hard to work out when you need to start running.

Very poor Olympics for Pickering.

We can laugh about the US women's 4x100m relay though. Their runner on the final leg messed up the change-over when she had a huge lead and could have walked it.

Unfortunately they are all a bit average. On form Pickering is probably the best out of the four but unfortunately we are not in the same league as when we had Campbell, Chambers, Devonish and Malcolm.

I think Bolt could do the the 4x100m relay by himself quicker than our current relay team.

Apparantly it may not be all done and dusted. The relay team are studying BBC footage and have an hour to put in an appeal.

Bear in mind that because we got slung out, the Chinese team made it through to the final. There's more chance of me beating Bolt in the London 2012 200m* than there is of that being overturned.










*I've always been more of a 1,500m man you see.
