The good news is that after that Oval pitch the ECB can hardly have a go at us for producing a helpful pitch.

The blue sky looks to be mainly to the East and I think the weather is coming from the West. Think that shower probably followed the Thames and you're up by Liverpool St IIRC so it would have skipped you. If we are going to have showers that alters the thinking on the follow on and makes it far more important.
