Not guilty actually Muse, my good pal SUFCEssex posts and keeps me up to date with stuff but apparently its even more anal than SZ (no offence meant but you know what i mean there) .. i think i'd get banned in no time if i were to join, apparently there was a huge thread dedicated to the "drunken louts" who abused Scolley of Middlesex for dropping a catch last week .. Lets get this straight, i'm an Essex fan and support them vigorously i admit, but jeering whilst the ball is mid air, cheering when its dropped and singing Scolley is a Wally is hardly abuse in my book

Oh I thought that username was you! As I'd seen you mention it before. And I agree. It's a forum full of moaning old gits who can't let anything go. Can't stand it but nowhere else is good for information.

I think he'll be a good signing, if we could find a fast bowler or two they'll be back challenging for promotion next season.

Agreed. Also need to sack whoever made the decision to pay Dwayne Bravo £10K for less than 30 minutes work if you could call it that!!! I'm still seething about the whole embarrasing fiasco that day!

I expect it's difficult to come up with sufficient evidence to charge players.

Westfield is a soft target. He's young, he's just lost his job and he won't be able to afford an expensive lawyer.

As I'm sure is obvious from my posts on here, I'm a huge fan of Bops who has stepped into the Sir MPV sized gap of "favourite current player to watch when on song". He has that touch of class and style and reminds me a little of Afghan, which let's face it, is the cricketing version of porn.

Good news, and hopefully it will be confirmed soon, I also hope that Essex will sign Owais Shah which may go a long way to bolstering the batting.

Story for you... As a youngster Ravi used to play district/rep games and was a class above he would get bored when he batted and meet in the middle at the end of the over and literally pick out which fielder he was going to get out to!
