Yes, it's been exciting watching the NL play-offs. Most games certainly had an EFL feel and credibility to them. With only one team getting automatic promotion, that went down to the wire this season. I don't think it's too much of an exaggeration to say this might be the hardest league to get out of in the world. For us though, and several other teams, it's about making sure you end up somewhere in the top 7. That's all you need to have a chance. Look at Grimsby. Who would have given them a chance mid-season, or even at the start of the play-offs to go up? Well done to them, and we should be encouraged by their success.

Paul Hurst deserves all the applause he can get at Grimsby. Unlike Wrexham and Stockport, he has had to operate with a modest budget, and players like McAtee, brought in on a free from Scunthorpe, have turned out to be inspired signings.

What a player McAtee is, easily league standard. A good friend of mine is a Mariner and they’ve been superb in the playoffs and turning games round from losing positions since the start of the season. Well deserved promotion.

This needs to be a chill moment all. IF we had wanted Kenny it would have been pre-arranged with the Club and him before he returned to Daggers. As @Cricko said, a 2 year deal would be total rubbish given his age.

I really didn't think there was any truth in that rumour and I'm certainly aware that is a Twitter that knows nothing.

However, it's no different to any other rumour, so needed to be posted.

What traffic light colour is KC???

Fingers crossed for a bit of action this week if we’re lucky. June is going to feel like a long month unless we’re lucky and a regular trickle of transfer news keeps us going

Howe really is a good CB. Was really impressed with him when they played Chesterfield.

Some really good players on show today, Dallas, McAtee, Fox and Sabarra all destined for better things.

Thought the entire playoffs were really good and really showcased some real quality and did our league proud. Let's hope it's us doing that next season!
Wait, this is 'our league' now? I'd never be comfortable calling it that!
