Rather we took our time to do things properly.

We are a different outfit these days.

Proper protocols need to be followed and equally as important, respectful and professional behaviour must be shown as standard to all we deal with. We have a hugely damaged rep to repair...

We all want top signings and yesterday. But it's 25th May and we are already close. That'll do me for a huge turnaround in operations.

Its a well known fact that signings cannot be announced until 50 pages of speculation are completed - and we are on page 49...why people always want to jump the gun is beyond me..

With the imminent signing of Dan Mooney, I guess we won't be looking at any more forward options. If we were, I wonder if Josh Kelly could be an option. Had a great season at Maidenhead as their top goalscorer and won Manager's Player award, Player's Player award, and Supporter's Player runner-up this season. Still only 23 as well.

A front three of Mooney, Kelly and Cardwell would be pretty exciting.

I wouldn't rule out another forward/striker. We are interested in a few.

Kelly was one of my ‘top players’ that we should have a look at. Great player
 
I wonder whether football department have looked at Muhammadu Faal as a potential striking option.
Scored 38 goals for Enfield this season with a number of assists as well.
6ft 5, with pace and power and a good finisher.
24 years old. Earned a move to Bolton in 2020 following 20 goals in 23 appearances. Later returned to Enfield and has picked up where he left off.
