To be fair most transfers are paid and spreaded over the 2 years... to be fair he's the type of player that would help southend get into the play offs, he's good player jinks past players with ease scores and assists and got he'll of a good shot on him

Why do i keep reading that tight wad ron .Ron is not to most peoples likeing me included .But he may be a poor chairman but he keeps stumping up the cash if he didnt god only knows where we would be . I am sure if kevin and his team what a player that is going to cost cash Ron would find the money from somewhere .I cant see why a player who plys his trade in this kind of area .And have family who hail from a close region why the hell would he want to move up north .

If we were paying up front it wouldn't likely be a problem. There is no risk to Maidenhead and our reputation is irrelevant. The fact is though Solihull can pay up front and we can't. Unless we can find a six figure sum in the war chest tonight then it almost certainly ain't happening.
