Both true. Lots of clubs after him but you don’t always catch your fish..First of all you said it ain't Southend. Now you say we offered more.
Damn it! I thought he looked a perfect addition to our forward line.Sorry folks. It ain't Southend.
And someone tried to suggest on here the other week that we have a better budget than themSolihull would fit the bill, haven't replaced Hudlin yet and will have cash to spend.
Unless he’s already signed on the dotted line for someone else then I wouldn’t write it off just yet. A lot can change in football in a very small space of time. Just ask Omar Mussa…Both true. Lots of clubs after him but you don’t always catch your fish..
They get crowds of 1500, how the fcuk they pay players, managers & non playing staff wages.Solihull would fit the bill, haven't replaced Hudlin yet and will have cash to spend.
We get 6000+ and can't pay the cleanerThey get crowds of 1500, how the fcuk they pay players, managers & non playing staff wages.
Can I have some of your coke?We get 6000+ and can't pay the cleaner
If we get 1500 every home games, you and others would be saying we only have same budget as Weymouth, Chelmsford City & Havant & Waterloo & not a cat in hell of signing an NL goal scorer. We get 6000+ and can't pay the cleaner
Seems odd you are suddenly saying this when it’s been mentioned on here for weeks now. I note also Chris Phillips has been very careful about what he has or hasn’t published and normally when he does regarding transfers it normally ends pretty well. Both true. Lots of clubs after him but you don’t always catch your fish..
Chris might have only just been told officially that we are in for him, and that's why he posted the story. Definitely does not mean that @Magnum PI is wrong. Perhaps the financial issues recently have bitten us and the club in question would rather not now deal with us? You know our reputation has really taken a battering when one Sunday league team would rather accept a lower offer from another Sunday league team than do business with us.Seems odd you are suddenly saying this when it’s been mentioned on here for weeks now. No of course not. Im more interested to hear from the regular ITK about the situ. If he goes elsewhere then so beit, least we are trying to sign the right type of players rather than those built on past reputations and past itsChris might have only just been told officially that we are in for him, and that's why he posted the story. Ron does not always have the cash available to match his ambitions and/or obligations. As the neither the Sultan of Brunei, Bill Gates or George Soros has so far displayed the slightest interest in Southend United this is something we have to live with.Totally agree , well said
its give me a sweetie and its what Embargo ?
The pressure needs to be kept up about this appalling, disgraceful , embarrassing re-occurrence
How many of their management/ recruitment team follow him on Twitter though?Would guess the competition is Chesterfield, heard they’ve been interested in him since the end of the season.
The same reason why we get more than 3 times that amount but can't.They get crowds of 1500, how the fcuk they pay players, managers & non playing staff wages.
